  • Judy Becker: Therapist and Client Community Liasion

Judy is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki III practitioner with an emphasis on energy medicine yoga and the chakras.  She has been committed to a path of self-awareness since the early 1980’s when she first learned about the benefits of meditation.

The desire to link meditation with movement led Judy to her first yoga class and to the understanding that the yoga practice can promote peace, balance, insights and connection, on and off the mat. As many of her clients suffered with anxiety and depression, Judy’s interest in helping people suffering with mental health challenges evolved into liaison roles at various treatment centers.

It became clear, that although talk therapy can be effective, there are times when people get stuck, when they need more… It was in this space when Judy met Dana Lerman in 2022 and learned about the power of psychedelics, in conjunction with integration, for deep healing. As a seeker, Judy believes that holotropic breathwork, stone medicine, astrology, yoga, acupuncture, forest bathing, star gazing, sound healing and psychedelics can help guide and support one on their inner journey to transformation and coherence. She is passionate about sharing information, creating connections and developing relationships with the intention of assisting others on their path.

Judy is honored to be a part of Skylight Psychedelics and our incredible community of therapists and healers.
